swim drills with skinny.

lots of stuff to think about - hand entry, elbow position, BREATHING correctly, kicking evenly, body roll.  Heart rate pretty low today.  Still relying on run & bike for cardio benefit.  Swim days are like recovery days, at my low skill level.  Got a little better at breathing to the side today, but still need a lot of work on that, especially when I start going harder & needing more air.
